Associates will be involved in all phases of litigation, including:
• Legal research and brief writing
• Discovery strategy and execution
• Motion practice and pre-trial preparation
• Client interaction and case strategy development
The team regularly handles:
• Commercial contract disputes
• Construction litigation
• Business torts and related claims
• Insurance and real estate-related litigation
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Class of 2020 to 2019
• Strong foundation in commercial litigation, including motion practice and discovery
• Experience or interest in construction litigation is a plus
• Excellent academic credentials
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage cases
• Active Illinois bar admission required
